**Ihre Aufgaben**
- Unterstützung im laufenden Tagesgeschäfts Back Office mit Schwerpunkt im Bereich Finance, Controlling und Risiko Management
- Fristgerechte Erstellung des internen und externen Reportings
- Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Monats
- und Jahresabschlüssen nach LUX GAAP und IFRS
- Ansprechpartner für interne und externe Partner sowie Schnittstelle zu den Muttergesellschaften (Volkswagen Financial Services AG Braunschweig und Losch Luxembourg)
- Mitwirkung an Projekten zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Effektivität und Automatisierung

**Ihr Profil**
- Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbarer Abschluss
- Möglichst Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position oder bei einer Prüfungsgesellschaft
- Hervorragende Excel Kenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Programmen
- Einsatzbereitschaft und persönliches Engagement sowie eine hohe IT- und Zahlenaffinität
- Selbständige Arbeitsweise und Zuverlässigkeit sowie ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen
- Überdurchschnittliche Team
- & Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Gute Englisch, Französisch
- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Luxemburgisch wünschenswert

- In order to strengthen our existing team in Howald, we are looking for a:
**(Junior) Controller Sales & Finance (M/F)**

**Your tasks**:

- Handling as well as support in the day-to-day business of the back office VWLFS with focus on finance, controlling and risk management
- Timely preparation of internal and external reporting
- Participation in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements according to LUX GAAP and IFRS
- Contact person for internal and external partners (auditors, tax consultants, etc.)
- Interface to the parent companies (Volkswagen Financial Services AG Braunschweig and Losch Luxembourg)
- Participation in projects for continuous improvement of effectiveness and automation in own area

**Your profile**:

- Ideally proven professional experience in a comparable position or an auditing firm
- High commitment, analytical thinking, problem-solving, reliability, strong customer and team orientation, flexibility and very good self-organization
- Strong communication skills and a calm and supportive attitude
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and proficient use of common MS Office programs
- Fluency in German and French, English and Luxembourgish a great advantage

**Tâches**
- Traitement et soutien dans les activites courantes du back office VWLFS, principalement en finance, controlling et gestion des risques
- Préparation des rapports internes et externes dans les délais impartis
- Participation à l'établissement des comptes mensuels et annuels selon LUX GAAP et IFRS.
- Interlocuteur pour les partenaires internes et externes (auditeurs, conseillers fiscaux, etc.)
- Interface avec les sociétés mères (Volkswagen Financial Services AG Braunschweig et Losch Luxembourg)
- Participation à des projets d'amélioration continue de l'efficacité et de l'automatisation dans son propre domaine

**Votre profil**
- Être titulaire d'une licence/maîtrise en gestion d'entreprise ou d'une formation équivalente.
- Avoir idéalement une expérience professionnelle confirmée dans un poste comparable ou dans un cabinet d'audit.
- Excellente connaissance d'Excel et aisance dans l'utilisation des programmes MS-Office courants
- Disponible et investi et ayant une grande affinité avec l'informatique et les chiffres
- Méthode de travail autonome et fiable, ainsi qu'une bonne capacité de réflexion analytique
- Bonne capacité à travailler en équipe et à communiquer
- Connaissances courantes de l'allemand, anglais et du français à l'oral et à l'écrit, luxembourgeois souhaitables
