- Oversee the organization and sharing of legal knowledge, ensuring lawyers have access to the latest legal developments and best practices.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and guide complex legal questions related to banking & finance, corporate law, or regulatory matters.
- Develop and maintain an internal knowledge database, ensuring its accuracy and relevance for ongoing cases.
- Organize and lead internal training sessions and workshops to enhance legal expertise across the firm. Support lawyers with the drafting of legal materials, model documents, and guidelines to standardize best practices.

- You have **at least 7 years** of experience as a lawyer, ideally in a law firm in Luxembourg.
- A strong background in banking & finance, or corporate law is asked for tbis position.
- Fluency in French and English is essential to collaborate effectively with colleagues and other departments or providers.
- You have a passion for legal research, knowledge management, and giving trainings. Your proactive and structured approach allows you to efficiently manage multiple projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
