**Description**
- Conduct regular reviews of financial results to verify the accuracy of figures recorded in the books.
- Prepare provisions and perform controls of actual figures for net revenues, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Oversee and execute controls of the general ledger concerning profit and loss accounts.
- Develop budgets, business plans, and estimates, along with producing ad hoc analyses to support strategic decision-making.
- Generate various monthly reports, including Legal Profit and Loss statements, profitability reports, and business line reporting.
- Prepare documents and actively participate in Boards of Directors meetings for funds.
- Collaborate closely with the accounting team and other departments ensuring effective communication and alignment of financial strategies.
- Coordinate with external and internal auditors during inspections and audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
- Maintain and continuously update the internal assets under management (AUM) and product referential database for fund-related data, sharing insights with relevant stakeholders.
- Lead the budgeting process, coordinating efforts with the Paris headquarters and local team, including multiple presentations to the local CEO.

**Profile**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
- 5+ years of experience in a senior finance role, preferably within the asset management industry.
- Previous experience in a managerial role is preferred, or demonstrated ability to manage people effectively.
- Fluent in French; proficiency in English is mandatory.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills, ability to work under pressure independently, and proactively manage multiple deadlines.
- Excellent networking abilities and adept at prioritizing activities to achieve strategic objectives.
