**Company**: Our client is an international provider of Corporate and Fund administrative services and is fully regulated and supervised by the Luxembourg Financial Authority "Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier" (CSSF). To support their current growth, they are looking to recruit a: **Senior Private Equity & Real Estate Accountant (M/F)** **Mission**: **Responsibilities** - Responsibility for a portfolio of Private Equity & Real Estate clients to provide day-to-day accounting services, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures - Ensuring that daily matters to be completed are performed in a timely and satisfactory manner including monitoring and delegating tasks - Working with the administration team on the implementation of new structures - Ensuring that all bookkeeping tasks and reconciliations are completed in a timely manner - Responsibility for the preparation of VAT returns - Responsibility for the preparation Financial Statements with the support of a Senior Accountant - Active involvement for audit planning and implementing appropriate completion milestones - Within the accounting team contribute to the continuous improvement of the accounting process designed to provide the highest level of service to the clients - Accurate time recording - Supervising trainees and contributing to their development through coaching activities and shared knowledge - Perform other duties to support the Manager and team as may be necessary from time-to-time **Profile**: **Profile** - Professional accountancy qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, etc) - At least 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar position - Good working knowledge of IFRS and other accounting standards - Fluency in English is mandatory - any other languages such as French or German will be a plus - Excellent communication and organisation skills Ref : vwomdqhxyx
