**We are seeking a Tax Manager - GMPS Tax Advisory**

KPMG’s Global Mobility & People Services (GMPS) practice brings together a great variety of tax, technology, payroll, immigration, tax & HR advisory and mobile administration services to support companies in improving their business processes and allow their sustainable growth.

As part of GMPS, our Tax Advisory stream, mainly focus on:

- **Executive Compensation matters**, notably focusing on the review, design and implementation of executive compensation packages from an HR and tax perspective.
- **Share Based Compensation matters, **notably focusing** **on the review, design and implementation of incentives schemes, including co-investment and carried interest structures.
- **Regulatory Compensation matters**, notably focusing** **on the review, design and implementation of remuneration policies, in line with the applicable regulatory and legal framework (e.g., CRD, AIFMD, UCITS, Mifid).
- ** Personal Tax Controversy matters**, notably focusing** **on the assistance to our clients in personal income tax related disputes.
- **Family & Wealth matters**,** **notably focusing on assistance and advising our private clients on succession planning, donations and gift tax.

**What you will be working on**
- Will be leading a portfolio of key GPMS Tax Advisory client accounts (local and / or global).
- Will be the first point of contact for the assigned key GPMS Tax Advisory client accounts.
- Will be responsible for the management and expansion of the assigned key GPMS Tax Advisory client accounts.
- Will manage GMPS Tax Advisory projects end-to-end, with the guidance of the GMPS leadership. Those projects will encompass, executive compensation, share-based compensation, regulatory compensation, controversy and family & wealth matters.
- Will train, guide and coach his / her team members during the GMPS Tax Advisory projects.
- Will train, coach, and provide technical knowledge and support to his / her team members.
- Will help the GMPS leadership to continuously seek ways to improve (among other) the GMPS Tax Advisory stream.

**What we are looking for**
- Has an experience of minimum 5 years in a similar function.
- Has a thorough experience in Luxembourg personal income tax and social security matters and has a good understanding of international tax and social consideration.
- Has an experience in executive compensation matters.
- Has an experience in drafting and implementing local and international share-based compensation schemes.
- Experience in Regulatory Compensation and Family & Wealth matters is considered as an advantage.
- Is organized and confident in his / her ability to deliver the expected level of service to our clients, with the expected level of quality and within the expected deadlines.
- Is autonomous and able to be the first point of contact to our clients.
- Has learning agility and analytical mindset.
- Is open minded in his / her work approach and displays a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Is capable to think out of the box and has an innovative and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Is able to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
- Is driven and client focused.
- Acts as a team player.
- Is proficient in either French, English or German (Luxembourgish is considered as an advantage).
