About the Role
In this 6 month fixed‑term role within Industrial & Supply in Luxembourg, you will shape how our products reach people every day. You will connect demand, production, and logistics, turning data into clear actions. Your mission is to protect availability and quality, and to craft a reliable flow that creates real impact for our brands and consumers while helping you grow your supply chain story. Main
Responsibilities:
You will plan supply by checking stock availability, scheduled production, and products in transit, then release production requests aligned with demand and lead times. Through this work, you will balance needs and constraints, ensuring finished products are available where they matter most and shaping decisions that support service levels. Moreover, you will analyse critical situations, set priorities, and choose practical solutions, using clear escalation paths when needed. You will read service level data, understand root causes, and define improvement actions tailored to local needs, so you actively improve performance and discover where your actions make the biggest impact. Finally, you will monitor inbound logistics performance and follow shipments closely, ensuring reliability from origin to destination. You will also plan and monitor stock‑reduction initiatives, aligning supply, logistics, and demand to protect freshness, reduce waste, and inspire continuous improvement across the supply chain. About You: You bring initial or early professional experience in supply chain, planning, or logistics, supported by confident use of Microsoft Office tools. You work daily in English and use it clearly to coordinate, explain decisions, and move work forward. You can work with SAP environments, including ECC or S/4HANA, and modules such as SD or APO, understanding how planning and logistics data connect. You analyse figures, compare scenarios, and translate numbers into concrete actions. You are able to take decisions in complex situations, negotiate priorities with partners, and solve problems based on facts. Throughcollaboration and ownership**, you shape outcomes, learn fast, and grow your craft within a global supply network. Are you ready for this great challenge?
