**Your area of work**:
We are searching for an innovative, deadline-driven technical operation officer to join our company. The technical operation officer’s responsibilities include assisting the technical team with various tasks like equipment installation, system configuration, maintenance, developing preventative and corrective maintenance plans, project management. You should also be able to troubleshoot systems, identify problems, and write up reports. To be successful, you should be meticulous, efficient, and have sound knowledge of the relevant technical discipline. Flexibility is required (potentially working in shift)

**Your responsibilities**:

- Ensure the management, organization and supervision and administration of preventive, corrective and curative maintenance of the Luxembourg buildings including a Data Center
- Have very good knowledge and significant experience in the following technology: Electricity, Fire detection, Energy
- Support a Facility management team for technical network infrastructure
- Ensure the proper follow-up of regulatory controls
- Manage requests for intervention and plan their handling
- Supervise the services provided by subcontractors as well as the follow-up of the maintenance projects entrusted to him/her
- Be a driving force behind proposals to improve performance and provide appropriate technical solutions
- Participate in the preparation of monthly reports and facility maintenance plans
- Good knowledge in one or more of the following areas: KNX-EIB, GTC, GMAO;
- Performing quality control on all equipment, writing reports, and making recommendations for improvement.

**Your profile**:

- Hold a recognized technician/engineer degree (or similar)
- At least 5 years of experience in technical operation maintenance and processes
- Initial experience in mechanical and electrical systems
- Technical knowledge of HVAC and electrical infrastructure
- Experience working as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English and French is mandatory. German would be an additional asset
