**Your role**

  • Are you a motivated self-starter? Are you at your best when supporting others? We’re looking for someone like to:
  • Support the team by dealing on a daily basis with clients’ administrative inquiries
  • Review client requests, analyze client files, order and review requested documentation,
  • Provide administrative support to the team's assistant for preparation of client correspondence

**Your expertise**

  • Available for at least 6 months (up to 12)
  • University student (3rd year / Bachelor minimum)
  • Strong attention to details and analytical focus
  • Good interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
  • Fluent in Swedish / Danish or Finnish would be an additional assets
  • Fluent in English
  • Good team player
  • Hands on, proactive self-starter with good time management abilities
  • Result oriented / able to work under pressure and deliver quality results
  • Independent and initiative-taking.
