Our Marketing team, part of the Business Services, is currently looking for a
**Graphic Design Manager **to provide creative design, contribute innovative ideas, and ensure quality and adherence to KPMG Global Branding rules.

**The role and responsibilities**:
Graphic Design
- Conceptualize, create and design communication materials both internal and external (brochures, reports, adverts, flyers, proposals etc.) and event materials (exhibition booth, goodies etc.) to a high quality, respecting KPMG branding guidelines and in a timely and efficient manner.
- Manage a team of three designers and videographer delivering assets across the organization.
- Work closely with the wider marketing and communication team and input to the creative and marketing planning on all projects.
- Keeping up with trends in the market to ensure we are relevant to our target markets.
- Explore new graphic design solutions and ways of working to deliver efficiencies and best in class.

Innovation
- Contribute to the development of innovative concepts. Play a key role in ensuring all creative output is of a high standard while adhering to global guidelines.
- Holds a Bachelor degree in Graphic Design or similar training,
- Has at least 5 years of experience,
- Master Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere),
- CRM capabilities in Microsoft Dynamix or similar tools,
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, and of production processes and photography,
- Is multitasking and details oriented,
- Has the ability to work independently and take initiatives,
- Is Fluent in English. French or/and German are an asset,
- Has strong people management skills,
- Good stakeholder management and excellent problem solving skills,
- Team player and solutions-oriented. Keeps team motivated and engaged.
