We believe that to ensure that the user experience gets the attention it deserves, UX designers need to be in the driver's seat. That's why we're looking for someone who can follow the project and the client while being able to design the experience. Fujitsu is looking for someone who can work the full process of a client project whilst constantly trying to improve the outcome. Within your team, you will design and develop digital products in an agile working environment and develop the customer journey with our clients. What will you do? - End-to-end project management: reading of specifications, estimates, recommendations, client follow-up, management of creative teams, workshop management and project follow-up meetings - Participation in the design and framing (tree structure, wireframing, technical specifications, project monitoring) - Developing and supporting the entire customer journey for our clients - Designing, documenting and communicating project content - Organising and implementing international workshops and training sessions - Converting user research and business requirements into user and customer journeys, state of the art user flows and design ideas - Creating low and high fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes according to clients standards - Performing usability tests as well as presenting the outcome in the project team (product owner and developers) - Work in teams with other members of the UX/Ui department but also in close collaboration with the development team - work for clients but also for internal projects Your experience and knowledge: You're a strong, creative problem-solver who can make complex things simple, guided by customer data and business needs, and who knows how to work well with others in order to turn ideas into reality. - Several years of working experience in UX/UI - Expertise in agile project management methods - Experience with UI/UX and design thinking - Expertise in user centered design process, interaction and visual design - Knowhow in researching user behavior, deriving insights from research, and prototyping creative solutions - Excellent presentation and communication skills - Comfortable with planning and moderating workshops and co-design sessions with customers and stakeholders - Very good analytical and conceptual skills - Very good English and French language skills - Autonomy, adaptability, rigour and stress management Interested in joining our motived team of experts? don't hesitate to contact us.
