The opportunity: AML/KYC Manager

Do you have a_ strong understanding of local AML/CFT regulations?_ Do you have a strong _experience with Transfer_ Agency activities with team management responsibilities?_ If you answered yes to any of these questions, we want to hear from you What you will do: Reporting to the AML/KYC Senior Manager, you will lead the team responsible for completing and overseeing AML/KYC checks to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. In this role, you will (but not limited to):
- Lead a team responsible for completing AML/KYC checks for Fund Investors, ensuring work is delivered accurately and on time.
- Monitor AML activities to make sure they remain compliant with applicable regulations, Group standards, and the relevant AML/CTF Fund Investor policy.
- Balance day-to-day operational oversight with a strong focus on people management, coaching, and team development.
- Perform quality control review (incl. quality assurance control on work delivered by HDPI colleagues).
- Act as a key point of contact for audit requests and for responding to client/investor queries, ensuring clear, accurate, and timely communication.
- Act as deputy for GDTA AML/KYC and serve as a key point of contact for internal and external communications on related matters. **_

- Strong experience in Transfer Agency, especially within KYC/AML department, including people management experience.
- Solid understanding of Luxembourg requirements relevant to Transfer Agency activities.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines, while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Excellent PC skills.
