Paid Acquisition Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a seasoned Paid Acquisition Marketing Specialist to spearhead our multi-platform advertising campaigns. The role involves deep involvement in every aspect of the campaign from the initial market research to the final analysis of campaign performance. This position requires a strategic thinker with a knack for identifying trends, an eye for creative development, and a hand in detailed analytical assessment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute full-funnel paid acquisition strategies across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta ensuring alignment with business goals and customer insights.
- Conduct in-depth market and competitor analysis to identify trends, benchmark tactics, and uncover growth opportunities.
- Define and manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient media buying and ongoing budget optimization across channels
- Lead the creative process by shaping concepts, overseeing asset production, and running A/B tests to identify top-performing ad variations.
- Optimize campaign performance through continuous monitoring and strategic adjustments to targeting, bidding, and creatives.
- Implement and manage tracking systems via Google Tag Manager and analytics platforms to ensure accurate event measurement and reporting.
- Analyze performance data to generate actionable insights, prepare reports, and recommend improvements based on ROI and business impact.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align on lead quality, maintain communication with ad platform reps, and stay current with digital advertising best practices.

**What we are looking for in you**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Digital Marketing, or certifications in Meta/Google Ads/Google Analytics.
- At least 4 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in managing large-scale campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French, German, and Dutch is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans and manage large budgets.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis tools and reporting.
- Video editing skills (e.g., using CapCut) to create or adapt short-form content for digital campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of crafting and presenting clear, concise reports.
