MAIN MISSION
EdRAM (Luxembourg) is a UCITS and AIFM Management Company, where you will be part of the Risk Management Function, providing expertise for various types of investment funds, especially UCITS and alternatives (liquid and illiquid) funds.
ACTIVITES
- Define risk profiles of investment funds ;
- Identify, measure and monitor the risks supported by investment funds in scope (i.e. market risk, credit risk, counterparty risk, liquidity risk, concentration risk, valuation risk, operational risk, sustainability risk) ;
- Perform follow-up on risk appetite overruns with the portfolio managers ;
- Ongoing follow-up of the portfolios investments ;
- Participate actively in different committees and Funds Board of Directors’ meetings ;
- Produce periodical reporting for the attention of the Conducting Officer in charge the activity, Executive Committee, Funds’ Board of Directors/General Partners, CSSF,..;
- Participate in maintaining up-to-date the Risk Management Policies and Processes as well as analyzing the impact of updates in the regulatory framework ;Participate actively in various projects related to business or regulatory updates
PROFILE
- University/ Master degree in Economics, Finance or Science ;
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar function or in an audit/consulting company ;
- Strong knowledge in finance / in the investment funds industry (especially UCITS and AIFMD regulatory frameworks);
- Perfectly fluent in English and French, knowledge of any other language, such as Spanish or Italian, would be considered as an asset ;
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, VBA would be considered to be an advantage) and Bloomberg ;
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills, team spirit, meticulous and strong analytical and synthetic skills;Client focus.
