We have the chance to support an expanding PFS that is looking for a (Senior) Corporate Officer to join its structure created about 20 years ago and located Luxembourg-City.

The fiduciary offers a _one stop shop _concept to its clients as it assists them with accounting, tax, domiciliation and corporate/legal services. In this structure of 30 people, you will easily be integrated as **regular team activities** are organized such as a Christmas party, team buildings and a summer barbeque

Furthermore, the fiduciary offers everyone the possibility to follow regular internal as well as external trainings allowing them to evolve in terms or technical skills or even in the hierarchy.

- You will be able to handle your own client portfolio autonomously from the incorporation to the liquidation : this involves stakeholder modifications, entity name changes, the publication of the annual accounts, opening of bank accounts and much more.
- You will have the opportunity to interact with lawyers, notaries, banks since liaising with third parties will be part of your responsibilities.
- Training and supporting juniors is also one of your responsibilities in this fiduciary. You will be in charge of reviewing their work and ensuring the quality of deliverables by educating them thanks to your experience and sharing your know-how.

- You should have at least **three years of experiences **as Corporate/Legal Officer in a relevant structure (Fiduciary, PSF, ManCo, Big Four).
- ** English** fluency is required, and will be sufficient. A good command of French, German or Luxembourgish is a plus and would allow you to use your language skills with many colleagues although the internal vehicular language is English.
- You are looking for an opportunity that will offer you the chance to keep learning and keep improving your skills since this is an important criteria for you and you are driven.
- You have had the opportunity to handle a portfolio of Soparfi/Holdings. Prior experience with investment funds will be an advantage but is not required.
