**Internal Auditor - Manager - Excellent Equilibre**

Vous êtes actuellement Auditeur avec un niveau Assistant Manager ou Manager au sein d’un Cabinet d’Audit au Luxembourg, et souhaitez travailler différemment et bénéficier d’un meilleur équilibre entre votre vie personnelle et votre vie professionnelle ? Vous souhaitez travailler au sein d’une structure qui mise sur la qualité avant la quantité, et notamment en ne travaillant que sur un dossier à la fois ? Nous travaillons aujourd’hui avec une structure se spécialisant dans la fourniture de services d’audit interne, risk management, compliance, gouvernance et tout cela de manière indépendante. La société créée il y a plus de dix ans, a toujours mis en priorité, le bien être de ses employés et la qualité du service délivré, c’est notamment pour cette raison que l’équipe est aujourd’hui encore à taille humaine (5 personnes).

Le gérant de la structure est toujours présent et opérationnel dans les dossiers, ce qui lui permet aujourd’hui de pouvoir accompagner techniquement tous les employés dans leur développement. Vous aurez l’occasion de travailler avec un portefeuille de clients comprenant des sociétés prestigieuses, essentiellement des Management Company et PSFs locales et internationales.

**Vos responsabilités **| Internal Auditor - Manco - CSSF**
- Participation à des missions d'audit interne en collaboration avec les managers et l’associé de la société ;
- Contrôle et analyse des modèles d’audit interne et de gouvernance au sein des sociétés clientes ;
- Exposition aux réglementations MiFid, MAD, GDPR, CRD, LUXGAAP, IFRS, PRIIPd, AML/CFT/KYC ;
- Analyse des risques opérationnels et proposition de stratégies visant à réduire l’exposition au risque ;

**Profil et parcours**| Internal Auditor - Manco - CSSF**
- Vous avez une première expérience d’au minimum quatres années idéalement en audit au sein d’un cabinet d’audit présent au Luxembourg ;
- Vous parlez couramment l’Anglais, et le Français, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit afin de pouvoir accompagner vos clients internationaux aisément ;
- Vous êtes à même de travailler en équipe et avez le souhait de travailler au sein d’une petite structure ;
- Une certification CIA ou ACCA est considérée comme un plus, si cela n’était pas encore le cas, vous êtes intéressé de pouvoir continuer votre formation dans ce sens.
