Your Challenge
- Receive, check, accept, execute and settle incoming subscriptions, redemptions and transfers of shares
- Generate and send reports relating to transaction processing and all TA activities
- Set-up and update of various systems regarding investors' data
- Support in fund reporting and reconciliation with custodian bank
- Respond to internal and external inquiries.
Your Profile
- You are searching for a first position in a management company or you have already gained 1-2 years of experience in a transfer agent role and are looking for a new challenge
- You have a good knowledge of MS-Office products (especially Word, Excel and Outlook)
- You are client driven, service minded and self organized;
- You are a natural problem solver and capable of multi-tasking to meet deadlines.
- You also have outstanding inter-personal skills with team spirit and a conscientious working approach
- You have excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in English and German, French being considered as an advantage.
