**Job Description**:
- Align projects and initiatives across all business functions and geographic regions in line with the strategic and operational plans, support the Board in the prioritization process
- Identify and leverage synergies between ongoing projects, look out for and rectify scope overlap by liaising cross-departmentally with relevant stakeholders to ensure the efficient use of resources
- Actively manage distinct projects across the organization with direct reporting line to Managing Director Operations
- Support the department level goal setting by reporting on the progress and milestones of the set objectives
- Managing relations with external partners, internal stakeholders and the leadership team
- Organize and coordinate internal organizations for the timely and accurate implementation of complex projects
- Document and distribute detailed meeting recaps with actionable next steps
- Ensure the routing for approval and review of all materials
- Support the Managing Director Operations in decision making, prioritize task lists and pro-actively take on tasks
- Prepare presentations, concepts, analyses, and communicate effectively with senior management
- Simplifies, organizes, translates, and streamlines various forms of information, templates, and data
- Drive internal executive presentations and communications, including owning the business inputs and drafting materials, communication to the organization
- Any additional task required by the Managing Director Operations or the Board
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, MBA is a plus
- 5+ years professional related work experience and hands on project and operational experience desired, preferably in a fast paced environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Experience with senior leadership and ability to deliver executive level summary updates, reports, and presentations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with focus on crisp, concise, and effective communication
- ** Besides English, Hungarian or French is a must, and any additional language is a plus.**:
- Strong execution and experience managing multiple workstreams with precise attention to detail
- Resourceful and happy to roll up your sleeves to get any job done
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and able to juggle, shift gears and maintain calm and a sense of humor
- MS Office proficient; strong skills in Excel
