Lombard Odier T&O Services (Europe) is a newly created service company based in Luxembourg and active in providing banking IT infrastructures and operations to private banks in Europe. It is a full subsidiary of Lombard Odier, a Swiss Group based in Geneva and active in private and institutional asset management. Lombard Odier has a presence in the world’s main financial centers and offers its clients a global perspective through its network of 26 offices in 19 jurisdictions. The Group employs about 2,150 people. It has no external debt and is one of the best capitalized banks globally with an AA- Fitch rating with a “stable” outlook.

Summary

Joining the local “Operational Taxes and Regulatory Reporting Team” you will work closely with the headquarters and experienced tax professionals. You will be given a diversity of operational tax related tasks and real long-term career perspectives in Luxembourg or abroad.

Key responsibilities
- Prepare and review tax calculations, tax statements and reports for private and corporate clients based in Europe
- Perform Tax Relief at Source or Tax Reclaims
- Define Business Requirements and Participate in testing of system improvements
- Prepare and send regulatory reportings such as QI/FATCA/CRS
- Liaise with key stakeholders, such as front office and IT to resolve issues

Profile
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Tax Operations or Regulatory Reporting
- You have a minimum of a bachelor degree in Finance or Business Administration
- Good knowledge of one/several main European Taxes (Belgium, France, Luxemburg, UK, Spain, Italy)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Highly motivated and eager to learn
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team
- Fluent in English and French, other languages are a plus
