As Compliance Officer, you will have the opportunity assist in monitoring and evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of the measures, policies and procedures put in place to achieve the objectives, as well as the steps taken to address any deficiencies in the Company’s compliance with its obligations at the Luxembourg office.

**The main responsibilities of the Compliance Officer include**:

- Carrying out daily tasks in the area of Compliance/KYC/AML
- Daily Name Screening
- Maintenance of the database name screening
- LexisNexis
- Proper documentation of the compliance and AML systems and ensuring that all files are complete and up to date
- Prepare and update regular compliance/AML-CFT reports and documentation
- Establish due diligence and AML/KYC procedures for all new and existing counterparties (direct clients, distributors and business partners/intermediaries, delegates, employees, etc.)
- Preparation of the Business Acceptance Committee (BRAC).
- Assist in the preparation and updating of internal compliance / AML guidelines and procedures, processes and policies
- Conduct monitoring and analysis related to Know-Your-Client (KYC) procedures, anti-fraud, anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) in Luxembourg, in particular for funds managed by the AIFM (AML screening)
- Support in the processing of internal SARs in GoAML
- Supporting the CCO with complex RC mandates
- Take-over standard RC mandates

**What we expect from you**:

- At least 2-3 years of professional experience in compliance and money laundering in the financial services industry or in a management company / AIFM
- Good knowledge of the relevant regulatory principles in the area of compliance and money laundering, as well as for AIFMs /ManCos
- Good knowledge of German and English (written and spoken)
- Good IT skills, especially in the area of MS Office
- Reliable organisational skills
- Independent and self-reliant way of working
- Confident appearance towards our internal and external contacts
- Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
