Product Management Generalist

**Deutsche Bank International Private Bank (IBP) **offers wealthy individuals and institutions globally a wide range of traditional and alternative investment solutions across different asset classes.

Within Deutsche Bank Luxembourg S.A., the International Private Bank manages **EUR 22bn **assets. As the strongest booking center within the European Union, IBP Luxembourg focuses on traditional advisory business, cross-border business in close alignment with other Deutsche Bank locations as well as lending activities.

**Product Platforms and Sustainable Solutions (PPSS) **is inter alia responsible for the sourcing, evaluation and delivery of investment products and solutions to International Private Bank clients, utilizing industry best practices and an independent, open architecture approach. The PPSS function is **managed globally **and is designed to enable the **development, promotion and delivery of an enhanced product offering **across the International Private Bank.

A core responsibility of the PPSS Team is to ensure products and services are developed, launched and controlled in an efficient and compliant manner for **EMEA and UK resident clients **across the entire lifecycle - including pre
- and post-advisory support. Further core responsibilities are the New Product Approval process, quality assurance & data management.

In response to **growing business demand **and **complexity **PPSS is looking for a:

- **Product Management Generalist **, with prior experience in Mutual Funds, Capital Markets, Alternative Investments, Insurance Solutions and product-related aspects in a **Wealth Management organisation**
- Responsibility for a smooth and compliant **product delivery process **across the **core jurisdictions **serviced by IBP Luxembourg, in particular Austria, Netherlands, France, Belgium and the Scandinavian countries
- **Pro-active supervision **and **constant improvement **of the **investment product platform **of IPB Luxembourg; proven experience with the needs and requirements of Wealth Management clients and ability to find tailored solutions
- Ability to build and maintain connections to **product manufacturers **in the **Luxembourg Financial Centre **and ability to act as the central point of contact for selected key product providers
- Knowledge of relevant **regulatory requirements **for **investment **and **insurance products **in the **European Union **(e.g. MiFID, MiFIR, MAR/ MAD, RDR, IDD, etc.)
- Responsibility for the definition and implementation of **pre
- **and **post-sales requirements **in line with applicable European regulations, especially in aforementioned core jurisdictions
- Ownership of **brokerage platform **of IPB Luxembourg and related processes; prior knowledge in trading of Capital Markets and Fund products is a pre-requisite
- Ability to work in **close partnership **with **key stakeholders **in Wealth Management Front Office, Coverage COO and control / infrastructure functions

**Qualifications / Skills**
- Educated to Master’s degree level or equivalent qualification/ relevant work experience
- Solution-oriented, **detailed **working style
- Excellent **collaboration **and **communication **skills
- **CFA **or other similar degree considered a plus
- **ESG qualification **considered a plus
- Fluent in **English **, fluency in German, Italian, French, Spanish considered a distinct advantage
