The Quintet Marketing Operations and Transformation (Senior) Manager is responsible for ensuring smooth operational delivery of marketing activities group-wide. She/he drives the evolution of marketing practices at Quintet, notably around digital marketing and multi-channels client experience. She/he also enhances the Quintet Marketing function by building and implementing efficient processes, policies and procedures and reviewing the operating model and supporting infrastructure required to provide a solid marketing strategy and the effective execution thereof. All efforts ultimately should benefit our client experience, while ensuring regulatory compliance and employees buy-in.
The nature of this role is internally focused with limited client interactions. This role ensures high levels of quality assurance within the organisation by improving existing and introducing new methods of enquired high operational standards. It allows to work with many colleagues of the marketing function and the bank more generally.
Building on her/his marketing experience, the incumbent is responsible for having a sound marketing operations framework in place to support delivery of marketing activities group-wide. She/he works closely with group and local colleagues within the marketing function and with other functions such as IT risk, DPO, Compliance, etc.
She/he manages a number of key transformational projects, including initiatives to enhance the infrastructure of the marketing function, to drive efficiencies and improve quality output when it comes to data, the channel for content delivery and the measurement associated with both to ensure better client communications for our clients.
The individual is also member of the Group Marketing Leadership Team, working closely with the Head of Business Development (in charge of marketing) on defining and delivering the overall Marketing roadmap.
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Drives marketing transformation efforts
- Optimizes marketing infrastructure & processes
- Drive implementation of tools and processes that support marketing on delivering its roadmap, including lead generation with the front and business development teams
- Supports efforts to improve customer experience, satisfaction & NPS with adequate infrastructure and processes
- Elevates the Marketing function to a new level of success and excellence by instilling continuous improvement spirit in all marketing activities, including awareness & coaching on process excellence to other marketing colleagues.
- Proactively centralizes efforts when it makes sense and supports the local marketing teams around DPO, audit, IT risk, policies & procedures
- Acts as central point of contact for Finance and Procurement areas for Group Marketing
- Works in a compliant way with regulatory requirements and adheres to the Bank’s risk management policies.
**Knowledge and Experience**:
- Plans, implements and manages marketing projects and corporate projects where marketing involvement is required.
- Manages and supports all local markets on DPO, prospect consent management.
- Makes sure marketing operations, infrastructure & processes run smoothly and are step-by-step enhanced with concrete improvement initiatives/actions.
- Supports Head of Business Development and Head of Brand, Content & Engagement in delivery of all marketing related activities in close collaboration with local marketing leadership teams
- Oversees and manages monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing unit
- Uses data and reports to make evidence-based decisions.
- Looks for group alignment for group projects taking into account local country regulatory and compliance constraints.
- Approaches all group marketing efforts in an entrepreneurial style with a clear focus on group wide impact, and an ability
- Is compliant and adheres to risk management policies
- Supports preparation of reports to key stakeholders on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and unit successes
- Actively leads and motivates across all core hubs/locations, establishing a cohesive and centralised marketing team by aligning best efforts on key projects
- Stays up to date with the latest technological innovation and marketing practices, latest best practices and shares them group-wide with relevant stakeholders
