**Key Accountabilities**:

- Act as a single point of contact to follow up the quality of the operational services delivered by LOTOS through a close monitoring of the open outstanding issues.
- Ensure client satisfaction through the implementation of best possible solutions in response to their needs, together with business experts.
- Ensure successful collaborative/transversal knowledge across department activities where skills and business process knowledge are optimized to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction. Have a good transversal overview and deep understanding of the clients/products serviced by LOTOS.
- Follow-up od Corporate Action Instructions and Proxy voting instructions including client documentation and disclosure when required
- Ensure effective adherence to procedures, controls and best practice/standards and comply with internal procedures, regulations and risk awareness

**Knowledge and Experience**:
Good general knowledge of Banking activities- In-depth knowledge of Corporate Actions and Proxy Voting

**Attributes and Qualities**:

- Good analytical skills
- Client oriented, solution oriented
- Ability to work under pressure, stress resistant and rigorous

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficient use of MS Office (Excel, Word )

**Languages Skills**:

- Fluent in English and French, any other language is an advantage
