We are looking for a Registration Transfer Agent intern and happy to help students to take their mandatory internship with school agreement, share their fresh ideas and have working exposure with us to enhance their career in the financial services industry.

**Your Role**
You will be helping with Registration Account opening and maintenance performing in line with Lux regulatory requirements; you will also be supporting the review and implementation of data quality processes complying with the regimes of Client Asset and Data protection.

**Your Team**

**Your Responsibilities**
- Registration Account opening (onboarding of new investors into our client's Mutual Funds).
- Ensure all accounts adhere to internal KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti Money Laundering) policy.
- Reporting any suspicious behavior in relation to AML guidelines.
- Certain static data maintenance on the register in line with Lux regulatory requirements and internal rules, policies and procedures.
- Review practices, monitor service levels and implement change where necessary.

**Your Profile**
- Bachelor Degree (Completed or in progress) - Financial or Business education would be an asset.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office suite including Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Excellent administrative skills, with the ability to work under pressure while maintaining calm, high accuracy and quality standards, and meet the deadlines.
- A clear and precise methodological approach to problem-solving; organization skills; team-oriented, enthusiastic and flexible.
- Excellent communication skills - Fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Additional EU languages such as German, Dutch, French, Spanish or Italian would be an added value.
