**YOUR ROLE**
- Advise on the structuring and launch of alternative investment funds in close collaboration with our Investment Funds Partners and Counsels;
- Advise domestic and international clients on fund formation, marketing, restructuring and other regulatory matters in the investment funds and asset management sector;
- Coordinate and perform regulatory filings and procedures with the CSSF;
- Draft, review and negotiate all types of documents;
- Perform due diligence and fund reviews;
- Participate in client meetings and build strong relationships with clients;
- Lead, manage and mentor junior lawyers;
- Take part in internal and external presentations and be involved in legal publications.

**YOUR PROFILE**
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in the Investment Funds department of a law firm based in Luxembourg. Admission to the Luxembourg Bar or any other European Bar would be an advantage;
- Qualification: Graduate from university in Law, a knowledge of Luxembourg law would be an asset;
- Skills: In-depth knowledge of Luxembourg fund regulation and European financial market regulation (i.e. AIFMD). An experience in real estate, infrastructure, private equity and/or debt funds would be required; Knowledge on ESG regulation and ESG-related risk management is an asset;
- Languages: Perfect command of English. Any additional language is considered as an asset.
- Personality traits: Independent working attitude, efficient, diligent, team player and equipped with a positive mindset.
