SCOPE
CONTEXT
This requirement covers the SAP Overall Business Areas of the Client SAP installation. This is a complex installation and runs various releases of SAP ECC, BW, GRC, etc.
Client implemented three SAP environments in 1996. Now they have 30+ large SAP environments.
The SAP landscape is a critical system for the Client. Most core business operations run on SAP. SAP products utilized by the Client include at the moment of the RFQ (not exhaustive list):

- SAP ECC6 for its Logistics, Procurement, Finance and Human Resources;
- SAP BW, Business Object, Microsoft Power BI for its Data Warehousing, Business Information System and Employee Self Service activities;
- SAP GRC for the control of segregation of duties and Central Users Management;
- SAP Portal, which is key to enable several IS services such as Business Information System;
- SAP VIM Open Text for the Central Invoice management Office;
- SAP Adobe Document System;
- SAP Solution Manager for the centralized management of the entire SAP landscape; and
- SAP HANA Database.

A wide variety of products that are required to run, manage and operate the complex IT infrastructure, are also in place.
Client staff mainly managed and administered the SAP installation.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in the role, supported by CV.
- University Degree in the relevant field from an accredited institution or equivalent combination of education and experience.

**The role encompasses**:

- Ability to write clear and concise reports and documentation
- Experience in dealing with business representatives
- Technical knowledge of SAP solutions
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori, Integration Suite, S/4HANA Extensibility Framework, BTP services
- Experience and technical knowledge of the tools and architecture of the Integration stack, including APIs Management, Event Streaming, and Enterprise Service Bus.
- Experience working with cloud platforms and services as IaaS, SaaS, PaaS, AWS, MS Azure, Google Cloud.
- Experience working with web services, RESTful APIs, XML and other integration protocols.
- SAP Certification in relevant area/module(s) is an asset
