Luxembourg Freelance IT Contexte du poste :Dans le cadre d’un projet stratégique, nous recherchons un Data Project Manager (H/F) pour accompagner la transformation d’un acteur majeur du secteur assurance/finance. Vous intégrerez l’équipe Transformation, avec pour mission principale de piloter et structurer des projets orientés Data (qualité, gouvernance, exploitation, valorisation), tout en menant également des initiatives transverses de transformation. Démarrage prévu : 1er novembre 2025. Missions principales: Pilotage du Stream Data et fonctions transverses: - Être l’interlocuteur clé sur les projets Data entre les directions métiers, IT et fonctions support. - Définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie Data : qualité, gouvernance, intégration et valorisation des données. - Prioriser et coordonner les initiatives Data en lien avec les objectifs de transformation globale. - Garantir la gouvernance du stream Data : animation des comités, suivi des demandes de changement, gestion des risques et arbitrage. - Mettre en place les outils de suivi et de reporting permettant de mesurer l’impact et la performance des initiatives Data. Gestion de projets transverses: - Définir et formaliser les objectifs, le périmètre et les plannings des projets de transformation. - Piloter les équipes internes et externes dans un cadre méthodologique clair (Agile, PMP ou équivalent). - Assurer l’alignement entre besoins métiers, solutions IT et objectifs de changement organisationnel. - Accompagner la conduite du changement et diffuser une communication adaptée aux parties prenantes. - Suivre le budget, la planification, les ressources et dépendances des projets transverses. **Compétences requises**: **Master en économie, management, IT ou ingénierie.** **5 à 6 ans d’expérience en gestion de projets dans des environnements complexes.** **Excellente maîtrise des méthodologies de gestion de projets (certifications type PMP ou équivalentes appréciées).** **Expérience en gestion Agile est un atout.** **Solides compétences en organisation, planification et coordination multi-acteurs.** **Bonne compréhension des enjeux liés à la Data (qualité, gouvernance, exploitation).** **Capacité à encadrer des équipes pluridisciplinaires et à coordonner des prestataires.** **Communication claire et structurée, en français et en anglais.** **Esprit pragmatique, collaboratif et orienté solutions.** **Avantages**: - Ce que nous vous offrons: - Un CDI ou un contrat en Freelance avec une rémunération ajustée à votre profil. - Un suivi personnalisé : nous nous rencontrons au moins une fois par trimestre pour discuter de vos objectifs et de votre évolution. - Un environnement collaboratif et bienveillant, propice à l’apprentissage et à la réussite collective. - Des formations continues adaptées à vos besoins. - Une liberté d'action et une vision audacieuse, alignées avec nos valeurs d’Excellence, de Transparence et d’Agilité. **Rémunération**: - Selon séniorité
