Our client is one of the world's leading professional services firms in audit, tax, financial advisory and consulting. Its International Mobility team is responsible for advising and following relocating employees from one country to another as part of their employment. It operates for intra-group mobility, client missions abroad and immigration.

As an International Mobility Tax expert within a dynamic HR team, you will assist employees and business leaders during all stages of the compliance process, handling complex tax and regulatory matters with the support of internal multi-disciplinary experts.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Monitor tax compliance and coordinating all aspects resulting from any cross-border assignments, missions or services delivered in the field of corporate tax, personal tax, and social security
- Advise business leaders to assess situations with cost projections and timeline
- Discuss compliance challenges with tax, risk and HR leadership and suggest solutions and action plans
- Become a trusted advisor for finance, legal, tax and HR

**Your Profile**
- Master's degree in accounting, finance, or economics
- 5 years of experience in a tax compliance role or in an advisory position
- Experience in a Big 4 environment, law firm or corporate headquarter considered as a plus
- Fluent in English, a good command of French considered as an asset
- Strong organization skills and a rigorous approach
- Capability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Strong business partnering and communication skills
