**We are seeking a **Senior Tax Compliance**
With passion and purpose, we deliver modern tax services, data-driven solutions and the global mobility & people services organizations need to succeed. We connect the dots between the insights we uncover and the tangible ways those insights can transform clients’ organizations.
**What you will be working on**
- Enjoys being exposed to global clients and international colleagues
- Searches to collaborate with an established leadership who will guide the development of his / her skills and knowledge
- Enjoys working in a team and sharing knowledge
- Will be dealing with a portfolio of key cross industry worldwide players
- Is the first point of contact for our clients
- Will (prepare and) review multiple individual tax, payroll taxes and social security reportings.
**What we look for**
- An experience of minimum 2 years in a similar function (experience in payroll computation and processing is an advantage),
- Organized and structured approach and follows up on files
- Organized and confident ability to deliver the expected level of service to clients, within the expected deadlines
- Ability to be the first point of contact to our clients
- Learning agility and analytical mindset
- Open minded work approach and positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Capability to think out of the box and innovative mindset
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
- Team player
- Understanding of the payroll process and ability to conduct payroll calculations is considered as an advantage
- Proficiency in either French, English or German (Luxembourgish is considered as an advantage).
