- Worldline is looking for a junior PMO to join its Global Communications team in Luxembourg. The PMO will support our cross-company communication projects and programs, with a specific focus on Brand-related items. In short, the PMO will make sure all communications projects are timely managed and delivered. Additionally, this person will provide his/her copywriting skills to content-oriented projects such as blog articles, press releases, internal/external newsletters, Social Media campaigns, among others. This position requires a high level of project management and will often involve managing multiple, and often competing, priorities simultaneously. Qualifications: - Strong, professional communication skills, able to approach senior managers using appropriate level of detail, terminology, and style - Strong planning and organizing, ability to see the big picture - Superior time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills - Focus on details - Proactive with can-do-attitude - A strong team player - Willing to step out of own comfort zone - Fast learner with ability to adapt to change quickly Education requirements: - Bachelor or Master Degree in communications, journalism or a related field - 2-4 years of experience in communications, journalism or a related field (experience in Financial Services Industry is an advantage) - Strong knowledge of best practices in communications - Strong writing skills - Strong understanding of social media platforms - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) - Fluent in English, both written and spoken (fluency/proficiency in French is an advantage)
