For the expansion of our production site for automotive glass (roofs, windshields and rear windows) in Grevenmacher (Luxembourg), we are looking for committed colleagues (f/m/d) who will help shape our success story with their expertise and passion.
**You can look forward to these exciting tasks**:
- Coordinating and managing the daily mechanical/electrical maintenance and repair of production equipment within a shift to ensure or increase the constant technical availability of the lines
- Monitor safe work behaviors for all team members, monitor unsafe working conditions or behavior to Plant leadership as needed, respect of existing rules.
- Appropriate distribution of tasks among the available workforce of maintenance staff based on the daily production plan
- Error analysis and correction
- Identification and implementation of improvements and procedure updates of machines, tools, equipment and processes
- Acting as interface between maintenance team and the production line
- Preparation of workstation training for (new) team members
- Information of team about daily targets, any current issues and quality alerts in line with daily action process guidelines
- Performing effective handovers from one shift to the next
**Here's what you can bring to the team**:
- Degree in Electrical / Electrotechnical / Mechanical field
- High experience in Mechanics (pneumatics and hydraulics) and/or e-plan processing and/or knowledge of switching capability 20kV, holds relevant legal certification.
- Additional training for managing people
- Basic knowledge of PLC, PC and robot programming
- Basic knowledge of MS-Office
- Good knowledge of basic problem solving and CI tools
- Working knowledge of relevant HSE and workplace safety requirements and relevant certifications to ensure compliance
- Good knowledge of applicable quality systems including customer specific requirements, significant/critical characteristics (SC/CC) and product safety
- Fluent in English, French and/or German
