Als Business Central Consultant tauchst du tief in die Geschäftsprozesse unserer Kunden ein und verwandelst komplexe Anforderungen in smarte, effiziente Lösungen. Du begleitest Projekte von der Analyse über die Konzeption bis hin zur Implementierung auf Basis von Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central - immer nah am Kunden und mit viel Raum für Eigeninitiative.

**Deine Aufgaben**
- Analyse von Kundenanforderungen und Prozessen, Übersetzung in fachliche und technische Konzepte
- Verantwortung für die technische und funktionale Implementierung von ERP-Systemen (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central)
- Entwicklung und Anpassung von Erweiterungen in Business Central (AL)
- Direkter Kundenkontakt ab der Grundkonfiguration bis zum Go-Live
- Unterstützung der Kunden im täglichen Umgang mit der Software sowie laufender Support
- Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Demo-Umgebungen und Proof-of-Concepts zur Vertriebsunterstützung

**Dein Profil**
- 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung als ERP-Berater mit Schwerpunkt Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Erfahrung in der Rolle eines Business Analyst (Prozessaufnahme, Anforderungsmanagement, Dokumentation)
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in AL und den Entwicklungswerkzeugen von Business Central
- Sicherer Umgang mit Kundenkommunikation und Workshop-Moderation
- Sehr gute Französischkenntnisse, Deutsch und Englisch sind von Vorteil
- Lösungsorientierte, strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit Entscheidungsfreude
- Vorteilhaft sind Kenntnisse in Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) und deren Integration in Business Central
- Kenntnisse in C# sind ein Plus
- Erfahrung in der Automatisierung und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen ist von Vorteil
