Human Innovation Partners is currently seeking a highly experienced (Senior) Corporate Tax Advisor to join a reputable firm in Luxembourg. As a (Senior) Corporate Tax Advisor, you will be responsible for providing strategic tax planning and compliance services to clients, ensuring their tax obligations are met in an efficient and effective manner.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive tax advice to clients on corporate tax planning and compliance
- Conduct in-depth tax research and analysis on complex tax issues
- Assist clients in managing tax risks and opportunities
- Prepare and review tax returns, tax provisions, and other tax-related financial statements
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations
- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax regulations and legislation
- Provide guidance and training to junior tax professionals
- Providing support to clients in the handling of diverse tax compliance issues, involving communication with the Luxembourg tax authorities when necessary, ensuring timely completion of the Company's tax obligations and filing deadlines, as well as assisting with research and maintaining legal awareness.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, such as auditors and tax authorities
- Preparation and active involvement in tax training
- Participate in client meetings and assist in building and maintaining strong client relationships

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Law, Economics, or a related field.
- Fluent in both French and English, with additional proficiency in German/Luxembourgish being a desirable qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate tax acquired within a consulting firm, an accounting firm or a law firm
- Strong knowledge of local tax laws and regulations
- Experience in tax planning, compliance, and advisory services
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional qualification such as CPA or equivalent
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a tax advisor with a focus on corporate taxation
- Strong knowledge of local tax laws and regulations
- Experience in tax planning, compliance, and advisory services
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
