As part of our continuous growth strategy, we are expanding our **tax department **to better serve our high-profile **Private Equity (PE) and Real Estate (RE) clients.** Specializing in M&A and acquisitions, we are seeking a skilled Tax Advisor to join our collaborative and innovative team.
**Senior Tax Advisor - Vos responsabilités**:
- Provide expert tax advice to high-profile PE/RE clients.
- Offer strategic guidance on **M&A transactions and acquisitions.**:
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Stay updated on tax laws and industry trends.
- Contribute to the development and growth of the tax department.
**Senior Tax Advisor - Votre profil**:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Tax, Accounting, or related field.
- ** 2 to 3 years** of hands-on experience in tax advisory, preferably with a Big 4/5/6 firm or a reputable service provider.
- Fluent in **French and English**, with excellent communication skills.
