Join us as a Transfer Agency Registration Representative

Brown Brothers Harriman is currently recruiting a Registration Representative to join our Transfer Agency team in Luxembourg. In this role you will be responsible for the processing of account opening and reviewing requests post account opening with the objective to achieve overall high client satisfaction.

Some of your key responsibilities include:
Investor Account Opening / Account Maintenance
- Review investor documents from AML/KYC perspective and open investor accounts as part of the onboarding process
- Review investor requests received post account opening
- Assist with completion of oversight functions of the local office
- Participate with ad-hoc projects as required
- Assist with completion of KPIs or other reports as required
- Ensure that policies and procedures are adhered to on a daily basis and have this evidenced

Client Service
- Establish, together with the Manager and Supervisor, service standards and procedures for the department
- Responsible for implementation and ownership of tasks to contribute to the team's performance in meeting service standards
- Remain knowledgeable of changing industry initiatives (attend presentations, work sessions & personal effort)
- Establish solid internal and external contacts with all areas and all levels

Desired Qualifications/skills:

- BA/MS degree and/or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 1 year of Transfer Agency experience
- Prior experience working in a client servicing focused work environment
- Good understanding of global Anti-Money Laundering and Know Your Client (AML/KYC) requirements for varying investor types
- Ability to handle special processing situations including projects that require strong accuracy skills
- Ability to liaise across departments/functions when needed to handle specific client requests
- Proven ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, adapt and problem-solve
- Ability to work in a team and act as team player
- Knowledge or prior experience of Multifonds or E-Front is an advantage
- AML certifications are an advantage
- A second language is a plus, preferred is German and / or French
- Ability to work overtime as necessary
