**Beschrijving**
Vos responsabilités:
- Vous participez au reporting annuel FATCA & CRS dans les délais impartis à l'autorité fiscale, dans le cadre des activités d'administration d'un fonds.
- Vous devez aider à effectuer des contrôles sur les changements réglementaires concernant FATCA & CRS et les impacts sur la diligence raisonnable et le reporting.
- Vous vérifierez la qualité de l'auto-certification FATCA & CRS et de la diligence raisonnable (tels que les formulaires W-8 et/ou W-9) et de la documentation, du reporting et de la retenue des clients.
- Vous devrez répondre aux demandes de nos partenaires (clients, collègues, autorités fiscales), sous supervision si nécessaire, par téléphone ou par écrit, de manière opportune et courtoise.
**Profile**
Chaque jour apporte un nouveau défi, alors:
- Bonne compréhension des réglementations FATCA, QI et CRS.
- Titulaire d'un diplôme en comptabilité/finance/économie et/ou qualifié/partiellement qualifié ACCA.
- Minimum 2/3 ans d'expérience professionnelle pertinente en matière de reporting FATCA, QI et CRS (de préférence pour les fonds) ;
- Solides compétences informatiques en termes de reporting.xml (plateforme e-file) ;
- Vous parlez couramment l'anglais, et le français serait considéré comme un avantage.
- Vous devez avoir l'esprit d'équipe et le sens du détail.
- Vous avez le sens de l'organisation, ce qui vous permet d'établir des priorités dans votre journée et de planifier la livraison en temps voulu des rapports FATCA et CRS, en analysant rapidement les besoins.
- De solides compétences en communication sont indispensables pour ce poste car vous serez amené à participer à des réunions.
