As a
- **FATCA CRS Reporting Analyst, **and together with the members of the Register team, you will be responsible for performing tasks related to funds FATCA CRS obligations. In particular, you will ensure second line reviews on collected investors self-certifications, maintain a FATCA CRS database and produce reporting for clients and tax authorities.**Your role**:

- You will cover the following processes:
- Opening investor accounts in the Transfer Agent (TA) unit’s systems.
- Configuring and updating client databases.
- Extracting data & Performing checks using systems configured to take account of FATCA CRS regulations.
- Archiving investor documents.
- Handing internal and external FATCA CRS requests linked to the investors register.

**Your profile**:

- Qualifications and experience:
- FATCA / CRS experience / knowledge
- A Master's/university degree in Finance/Economics/Engineering.
- Highly skilled user of Microsoft Excel and prior experience accessing and using analytical tools simultaneously, though never losing sight of the big picture.
- Specific knowledge: knowledge of Multifonds software; knowledge of FITax; knowledge of the different roles in the investment fund industry (custodian bank, transfer agent and fund administration) as well as of the related regulatory framework.
- Three years’ operational experience in the FATCA CRS reporting field
- Experience with Excel advanced functions (macros, index, conditional list, arrays, pivots, lookups).
- Experience of taking ownership and driving resolution on escalated customer issues.
- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to solve problems creatively using multiple and variable tools/processes.

Languages:
- Written and spoken fluency in French and English.
