Group Human Resources sets the direction and develops frameworks globally for people practices and processes within the company, ensuring implementation of the people strategy and focusing on making a positive difference to the people experience in ArcelorMittal.

Group HR works closely with the regions to define key priorities and policies to support business strategy.

**So, what will you do?**

Reporting into the Vice President Compensation, Benefits, International Mobility and organizational design, the Compensation & Benefits Senior Manager position is based within ArcelorMittal’s Headquarter in Luxembourg is dedicated to creating a rewarding workplace culture that attracts Talents, promotes excellence, and provides great career opportunities within an international Group.

**Main missions**:

- The Compensation & Benefits manager will have accountability for the Global compensation program strategy development, design and implementation across the Group as well Benefits strategy.
- He or she will partner with the broader HR and business leaders to ensure compensation programs align with business objectives; are effective in attracting, rewarding, and retaining talent; and are fully compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
- This Senior Manager will also work collaboratively with business Leaders, Management, Corporate Finance, and Legal to understand business strategies and collectively develop effective business and compensation solutions.
- He/ she will maintain the advantages of financial performance of current compensation programs, participate in the development of innovative and competitive Compensation programs.
- Prepare communication and presentation material for various audience and remuneration committees Provide sensitive advice and guidance to Senior Management located worldwide.

**What are we looking for?**

These are the things we look for. Don’t be put off if you can’t tick every box.
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Tax or equivalent
- Fluent in English, other languages are an asset
- 10 years experiences in a corporate C&B function within and international company specializing on individual tax and/or legal
- Very good communication skills: able to liaise with senior people with various backgrounds/nationalities
- Ability to negotiate, convincing without imposing Innovation skills: looks for efficiency, automation etc
