**PMO Analyst / Project Coordinator**

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support project planning, execution, and monitoring across two active projects
- Coordinate meetings, follow up on action items, and maintain project documentation
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and timely delivery
- Identify and escalate risks or issues impacting project timelines
- Provide regular updates and reports to project leads and stakeholders

**Requirements**:

- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to work proactively and independently in a dynamic environment
- Experience engaging with stakeholders at various levels
- Previous PMO or project coordination experience is preferred
- Availability to work on-site most of the time
