Our customer, a leading financial services firm in Luxembourg, specializing in depositary services, is seeking a dynamic individual to join their team. With a focus on innovation and client satisfaction, our client plays a vital role in the private equity and real estate funds sector.
**Job description**
**Client Management**:
- Collaborate with depositary management for high-level client service daily.
- Manage executive-level relationships, conduct client meetings, and present reports.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with existing clients and service providers.
**People Management**:
- Act as a line manager, providing effective supervision and support.
- Assist in team training, development, and recruitment.
Business Development:
- Assist in building depositary services, including proposal drafting and team considerations.
- Collaborate with the business development team for both reactive and proactive client development.
**Financial Performance**:
- Assist in setting annual budgets and monitor ongoing financial performance.
- Liaise on billing, invoice, and payment considerations with internal finance and clients.
**Operational Excellence**:
- Represent the depositary business on internal committees and external events.
- Assess and evolve the operating framework, presenting ideas to the Group depositary management team.
**Risk Management and Compliance**:
- Support the depositary management team with technical considerations and act as a higher-level authority for risk assessments.
- Ensure consistency in the internal control framework and facilitate the audit process with the Group depositary management team.
**Profile**
We are looking for a skilled professional who:
- Has a proven track record in delivering professional services to clients.
- Can operate successfully at client board level (including writing and presenting reports).
- Holds a relevant professional qualification.
- Manages business aspects effectively, including operations, finance, and people.
- Excels in business development, including proposal drafting and leadership.
- Demonstrates strong leadership skills and technical knowledge.
- Has a background in private equity and/or real estate funds.
- Has experience in a regulated environment.
