Join us as a Regulatory Risk Assistant Director
- This high-profile role will see you taking responsibility for the regulatory risk agenda within Depositary Services
- You’ll develop the product strategy and depositary services product offering, working closely with directors, business development and client relationship teams

**What you'll do**:
As a Regulatory Risk Assistant Director, we’ll look to you to you develop, maintain and grow external relationships with clients and other industry participants. You’ll be providing regulatory advice, guidance and training on technical areas to clients and internal stakeholders as well as actively participating in client visit programmes.

Day to day, you’ll be:

- Providing board reporting on key regulatory topics
- Chairing the regulations and review forums to make sure industry and regulatory developments are assessed for impact
- Providing compliance support to new business initiatives
- Promoting appropriate business and risk aware behaviours, requiring compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements
- Contributing to the development of others by sharing best practice, role modelling and offering support

**The skills you'll need**:
It’s important that you hold in-depth knowledge of depositary bank servicing, investment funds industry and regulation.

You’ll also need:

- Strong knowledge of the trustee and depositary’s oversight responsibilities
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build excellent working relationships with key stakeholders
