The position we are presenting you today represents a rare and attractive opportunity to join an in-house structure as **a Senior Corporate Officer**.
Our client is an **international investment group** with offices in several European countries, operating through a portfolio of corporate and investment vehicles. The Luxembourg office is deliberately kept **very small**, allowing for direct communication, clear responsibilities and a high level of trust between team members. This organization will also favorize a real autonomy in your position align with your responsibilities.
The group operates within **a stable and** **well-organized framework**, designed for long-term collaboration thanks to a continuous communication between every offices. This opportunity is particularly suited to an experienced Corporate Officer looking for **autonomy, stability and a senior in-house role**.
**Your Responsibilities**|**Corporate Officer - In House - SPV - Investment Firm**
- Taking ownership of the **day-to-day corporate governance** of Luxembourg entities such as SPV and SOPARFI, ensuring their proper functioning over time which include serving as the **main local contact** for external partners such as banks and notaries.
- Being directly involved in the **decision-making and signing process**, including holding board mandates.
- Preparing and coordinating **board meetings**, ensuring documentation is accurate, compliant and properly recorded.
- Drafting and reviewing **routine corporate documents**, and be in charge of handling **AML/KYC follow-up.**
**Profile and Career Path**|** Corporate Officer - In House - SPV - Investment Firm**
- You have **at least 4 years**of experience as a Corporate Officer in Luxembourg either in-house, in a service provider or in an investment company.
- You are fluent in **English**, **French** or **Spanish** are considerate as an asset.
- You already hold a high level of autonomy allowing you to be fully independent and comfortable in your position.
- You are looking to **move into an in-house environment**, within a **small and stable team**, without managerial layers, where you can focus on the quality and continuity of your work rather than volume or hierarchy.
