Our esteemed client, a prominent **financial services firm** based in Luxembourg, is currently seeking a seasoned and adept **Manager Audit** with expertise in **UCITS** funds to join their dynamic team. **Position: Manager Audit (Specialized in UCITS Funds)**

**Location: Luxembourg**

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting comprehensive audits of UCITS funds in strict adherence to relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices.
- Taking charge of audit engagements throughout the entire lifecycle, from planning and risk assessment to execution and reporting.
- Supervising and guiding audit teams, ensuring efficient workflow and exceptional quality of work.
- Reviewing financial statements, reports, and supporting documentation to verify accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Engaging directly with clients to understand their unique needs, address concerns, and provide valuable insights and recommendations.
- Identifying potential risks and opportunities for process improvement within clients' operations and internal control systems.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to enhance overall service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Contributing actively to the enhancement of audit methodologies, tools, and procedures within the firm.
- Upholding the highest standards of professional ethics, integrity, and confidentiality at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Extensive hands-on experience in auditing UCITS funds within a reputable audit firm or financial institution.
- Profound understanding of relevant regulations and standards, including UCITS directives and the regulatory framework in Luxembourg.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a track record of effectively managing audit engagements and mentoring team members.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while also capable of working independently when necessary.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages such as French or German would be advantageous.
