Apex Group and Corporate Products S.A. are looking for a talented and experienced Junior Legal to join an inclusive and collaborative Luxembourg team on a remote basis. As a Junior Legal, you will review any agreements Apex and Corporate Products S.A. are party to, including administration agreements, corporate service agreements, depositary agreements, etc. If you were already in this legal job, here are some of the areas you would have been working in this week: - Advising the various business areas on legal interpretations and regulatory changes - Participating in a high number of projects linked to the Group Legal Team, including corporate governance, regulatory as well as tax compliance projects - Maintaining and continuously upgrading checklists and templates for all key documents. - Keen desire to learn local and international laws - Fluency in English - Analytical, problem-solving, business analysis, organisation and communication skills.
