CRM Marketing Manager

- Gain a deep understanding of our current CRM infrastructure.
- Analyze and map customer journeys to identify touchpoints for effective communication and engagement.
- Propose comprehensive CRM marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
- Work closely with the operations team to implement automated workflows and triggers that enhance the customer experience throughout their lifecycle.

2. Segmentation and Targeting**:
- Utilize customer data and analytics to create segmented marketing campaigns, ensuring relevant and timely communication to different customer groups.
- Implement A/B testing to optimize campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Proactively explore and evaluate new channels and technologies to identify innovative opportunities to reach our objectives.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of CRM marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to key stakeholders.

- Collaborate with the operations team to oversee the management and organization of customer data within the CRM system.
- Ensure data accuracy, cleanliness, and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR).

5. Cross-functional Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with the operation and sales teams to ensure seamless integration of CRM strategies with broader business processes.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective CRM strategies
- Proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in CRM marketing
- English proficiency and German is considered a strong advantage
