A a Management Company under Luxembourg law. Position Overview:
- Planning team provide support to the Senior Management and Business in all the topics related to financial planning including running the activities of data steering, consolidation, interpretation and commenting with reference to Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet and the main indicators in the budgeting, forecasting, segment reporting and performances monitoring processes; provide financial reports and analysis to facilitate decision making; develop financial models, business intelligence models, forecasting models, and “what if” scenarios to help future business planning decisions connect to new product development and new marketing strategies; support technical Function to optimize and develop the information system management, financial reporting and monitoring, economic and commercial indicators system based on current requirements of internal and external users and regulators; act as competence center in contributing to fulfill Regulatory requirements like EBA Stress Test, ICAAP process, EBA Funding Plan, STE, etc. and law requirements; define common methodologies for the preparation of the segment reporting, including intercompany pricing and cost allocation, other planning datasets and the KPIs adopted for the performance monitoring (e.g. ROAC, CoR,) and variable compensation purposes. What you'll be doing:

Key Responsibilities
:
- Operative support and reports related to Investment services offered to Customers by the Wealth Management division; Investment Funds solutions offered to clients and institutions by the fully owned management company UniCredit Invest Lux S.
A.; Revenues, Costs, other financials originated from Wealth Management/Corporate/ Treasury divisions and the management company; Costs allocation on Internal Divisions (Wealth Management and Treasury); Internal Datawarehouse and ERP/SAP; update and maintenance for Costs Centers/Costs types/etc.; Commissions to be accrued to ensure smoothed Profit & Loss evolution; Costs to be accrued to ensure smoothed Profit & Loss evolution; Forecasting and Budgeting activities on Revenues, Costs, Balance Sheet and Off-Balance sheet items; extraction of data from ERP/SAP checks on the consistency of the data and reporting in UniCred Group system Tagetik
- Monitoring of the evolution of the business with Unicredit Group Counterparts; evolution of Clients base; Assets and Liabilities Balance (Loans, deposits, other balance sheet items); Risk Weighted Assets, Capital and Liquidity requirements; Invoices versus budget availability for both Running costs and Projects/Investments
- Commenting activities for Top Management related to trend evolution on Revenues, Costs, Balance Sheet and Off-Balance sheet items and gaps versus budget
- Support activities on Financial Statements

What you'll need
to succeed
:

Your profile
:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or similar.
- 4-8 years of experience in Controlling, ideally in a Bank or Asset Management company.
- Affinity for figures and high interest in databases and related data logistic processes
- Knowledge of IFRS is an advantage.
- Experiences with SAP FICO, Olympic, ERP.
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas).
- Willingness to learn.
- Team-oriented mindset with clear and professional communication skills.
- Proficiency in English, French and/ or Italian will be considered as an asset. What you'll get in return:
