Job Description Summary: The EMEA Market Compliance team (“Compliance team”) is responsible for second line of defense compliance risk oversight, management and reporting across PayPal Europe (Legal Entity). The team is part of the consolidated company-wide second line, which is independent and organisationally separate from PayPal’s business and centralised organisations. This Compliance role will provide oversight support for PPEU, EMEA markets and adjacencies. The role is critical to ensuring that PPEU is able to demonstrate compliance with applicable regulatory obligations while delivering the right customer outcomes.

**Job Description**:

- **Engage critical Risk and Compliance program stakeholders to help support business initiatives and execute SOLD program requirements**:

- ** Provide advisory guidance by identifying, assessing, prioritizing, and managing risk on planned growth initiatives, new products, expansion of existing products, marketing campaigns, etc. to the regional business/sales/market development and adjacencies teams**:

- ** Ensure regulatory requirements specific to the country/region and adjacencies are understood and complied with**:

- **Provide advisory support on all compliance programs including Annual Risk, Compliance Program (ARCPs), Risk, Compliance, Initiative Program (RCIPs), Risk and Compliance Reporting (RCR), Policy and SOP reviews, Risk Life Cycle, content reviews, etc. for all EMEA markets and adjacencies**:

- ** Supporting the oversight and monitoring of key Regulatory Compliance operational processes, including issue management, ARCPs, incident management, regulatory reporting, etc. to ensure quality, timeliness, appropriate follow-up, and escalation when needed**:

- ** Supporting the oversight and monitoring of Second Line Testing activities with an impact to EMEA-specific markets and adjacencies**:

- **Contributing to existing internal and external reporting and support preparation and coordination of various Compliance Regulatory Reports**:

- ** Preparing Management Information materials and support in the presentation to the various governance forums and management meetings**:
