**Role Overview**

As a** Product & Compliance Integration Expert**, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring that the new features developed by the Product Development team (based in Italy) meet our regulatory requirements. As our internal _Product Champion_, you will work closely with the Product Development Team and the Compliance, Legal, Fraud, Finance teams, acting as a single point of reference for both sides, to deliver compliant, seamless, and innovative user-first solutions.

You will be part of the financial institution’s CEO office and work closely with multiple teams and stakeholders across the Satispay Group. We envision the position as a Senior Individual Contributor role, with consolidated experience in project management and stakeholder engagement.

Your mission:

- ** Lead Compliance Integration**: Integrate compliance requirements into all stages of product development, ensuring products meet all relevant regulations and standards from design to launch.
- ** Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Act as the main liaison between product, engineering, cybersecurity, regulatory, tax, and legal teams to seamlessly incorporate compliance into product specifications.
- ** Risk Management**: Proactively identify and mitigate compliance risks early in the development process, implementing effective solutions in collaboration with various stakeholders.
- ** Promote Compliance Culture**: Develop and deliver training to technical teams to foster a culture that prioritizes compliance across all departments.

Your ideal profile:

- ** Senior Experience**: 5+ years of experience in a regulated tech environment, with either a direct or indirect role in a compliance team. Experience in the payments industry is a plus.
- ** Technical Expertise**: Solid technical background. Ability to translate complex regulatory standards into actionable and scalable setups within engineering processes. You're passionate about Technology and Digital products, who is willing to grow and specialize in the compliance sector.
- ** Holistic Thinker**: Strategic and versatile thinker capable of navigating various areas (from payment regulations, to data protection, to tax,) and anticipating future trends in technology, consumer habits, or regulations.
- ** Leadership and Communication Skills**: Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams, with exceptional communication abilities to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- ** Agile Environment Experience**: Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience working in agile environments, enabling quick adaptation to changing requirements and fostering collaboration among teams.
