Coach Craft
Mission
Tu intégreras l'équipe Craft à mi-temps où tu seras en charge de:
Aider à construire un référentiel de bonnes pratiques et les diffuser
Former / coacher les équipes sur les pratiques et la culture Craft
Faire monter en compétences les équipes à travers des ateliers pratiques (Code Katas)
Effectuer des reviews avec les équipes pour identifier les points d'amélioration
Accompagner les équipes à la mise en place des principes et outils dans leur quotidien et leurs projets
Alimenter la communauté Craft avec des sujets de veille, favoriser l'entraide et aider au partage de connaissance
Compétences techniques
Tu as de solides connaissances et une bonne expérience pratique sur les principes Craft : Clean Code, TDD, CI/CD, Refactoring, etc..
Tu es capable d'accompagner tes pairs sur le terrain, et les faire monter en compétence au travers de code-review, pair programming,...
Tu maitrises les paradigmes de la OOP et FP
Tu es à l'aise pour t'exprimer et en capacité de faciliter des ateliers afin de stimuler l'intelligence collective
Tu as une bonne aptitude à collaborer, à t'organiser en autonomie et à t'adapter
Tu es convaincu des bénéfices apportés par la culture Craft en complément de l'agilité
