Our prestigious client, a leading law firm located in the heart of Luxembourg City Centre, is actively seeking a seasoned Senior Associate specializing in Banking & Finance Law. Renowned for their commitment to excellence and innovation, our client offers a dynamic and collaborative work environment where professionals can thrive and contribute to the firm's success.
**Responsibilities**:
- ** Client Engagement**:
- Provide expert legal counsel to clients on a variety of banking and finance matters, including loan agreements, project finance, and regulatory compliance.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering high-quality legal services tailored to client needs.
- ** Transaction Leadership**:
- Lead and manage end-to-end banking and finance transactions, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of legal complexities.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents, including loan agreements and security documents.
- ** Regulatory Compliance**:
- Stay abreast of evolving banking and finance laws and regulations in Luxembourg.
- Advise clients on regulatory compliance and assist in developing strategies to navigate legal challenges.
- ** Team Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams within the firm to offer holistic legal solutions to clients.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior associates, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
**Qualifications**:
- Master's degree from an accredited law school EU
- Admission to the bar in Luxembourg. (Liste 1/ liste 4)
- Minimum of 6 years of specialized experience in banking and finance law.
- Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills in English, French and other language would be an asset.
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
- Proven track record of managing complex transactions and meeting tight deadlines.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to mentor and support junior team members.
