Im Zuge des Ausbaus unserer Tätigkeiten suchen wir eine(n): Regulatory Consultant - German-speaking Ihre Aufgaben sind vielfältig und können sich, abhängig von Ihren Fähigkeiten und Zielen sowie unseren speziellen Bedürfnissen, auf einige oder alle der folgenden Punkte beziehen: Unterstützung unserer Mandanten bei der Anpassung an auf sie oder ihre Dienstleistungen anwendbare aufsichtsrechtliche Vorgaben: Sie können im Rahmen von Diskrepanzanalysen und Auswirkungsstudien zur Prüfung und Bewertung der Konformität unserer Mandanten mit bestehenden / neuen Vorgaben tätig werden; Unterstützung bei der aufsichtlichen Erstzulassung bzw. Erweiterung bestehender Zulassungen: Sie können bei der Definition neuer / Anpassung bestehender Operationsmodelle, der Erstellung von Zulassungsdokumentationen und der Erstellung der notwendigen Politiken und Prozeduren eingesetzt werden; Unterstützung bei der Anzeige / Genehmigung des grenzüberschreitenden Vertriebs von Anlageprodukten: Sie können im Rahmen von Vertriebsanzeigen gegenüber der luxemburgischen Aufsicht bzw. Vertriebsgenehmigungsverfahren mit den jeweils zuständigen nationalen Aufsichtsbehörden tätig werden; Unterstützung der Sicherstellung der Corporate Compliance unserer Kunden: Sie können bei der Erstellung und Durchführung von Compliance-Kontrollen, insbesondere im Zusammenhang mit unserem Compliance-Tool CAROL, tätig werden. Ihr Profil: Sie verfügen über einen juristischen, betriebs
- oder volkswirtschaftlichen Hochschulabschluss; Sie verfügen über höchstens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position und/oder über vergleichbare Berufserfahrung in Luxemburg; Sie beherrschen Deutsch und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift, wobei zusätzlich ausgeprägte Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil sind; Sie sind engagiert und wollen in einem schnell wachsenden Umfeld tätig werden. Sie zeichnen sich durch analytisches Denkvermögen, Genauigkeit, gute schriftliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit sowie ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und ein ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent aus; Sie sind aufgeschlossen im Umgang mit Menschen, können sich besonders gut in ein internationales und dynamisches Umfeld integrieren und verfügen über ausgezeichnete Kommunikations
